Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Pacci Pristine does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in cases where:
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged, do not accept it. Instead, contact us within 24 hours at info@paccipristine.com.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue. If the parcel remains untraceable 5 working days after notification, a full refund will be issued to your bank account.
Once we receive and inspect any returned item, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a few working days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please email info@paccipristine.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please send it to:

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
